# SHIPPING POLICY

## Delivery area

We ship to Canada (QC), Europe and the United Kingdom .

## Logistics service provider & carrier

Orders are prepared and shipped by a logistics provider using mainly the following carrier:   
CJPacket Ordinary

Items are shipped from overseas (China).

## Processing and shipping times

The average preparation time is:   
3 days

Once shipped, the order is usually delivered under:   
4 days to 2 weeks

The times indicated are given as an indication and may vary according to the peak periods.

## Order tracking

A tracking number is provided for each order shipped.

## Shipping costs

The delivery costs are:

- invoiced AMOUNT $7.99 for Canada, €3.99 for Europe and €4.99 for the United Kingdom including VAT below this amount.

## Customs fees

As items are shipped from China, customs fees may be applied by local authorities.   
Any such costs are at the expense of the customer .

## Items shipped separately

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately when they come from different suppliers.   
You can therefore receive several separate packages.

## Standard Shipping

We only offer standard home delivery.   
No pick-up, pick-up or express delivery options are available.

## Lost, damaged or not received package

In the event of a package not received, damaged or lost, the customer must Contact the carrier directly to open a case and get support.
